Abstract

Now the job market is an as much as competitive for involving subjects related to the competition, the competence, the professional qualification. The specialized literature argues that the professionals every day they see each other due to the difficulties faced by the job market. Breaking of the presupposition that the job market is promising for those that intend exercise their professional activities in the accounting area, and that the professional and continuous ethical qualification is indispensable requirement for the entrance and the professional’s permanence in the job market the following objective was defined for this research: to verify which the perspectives of the formed of the course of accounting sciences in relation to the job market of a public institution in the State of Rio Grande do Norte. He/she took place a research of the type descriptive, qualitative and exploratory, accomplished the formed of the course close to. Finally, it was observed that most of the formed has interest of acting as accounting professional, and the area of larger interest is the deprived accounting, however, most believes that you/they still don’t possess technical capacity for the exercise of their professional activities.
