PERCEPTIONS OF JUSTICE IN THE EVALUATION OF PERFORMANCE AND JOB SATISFACTION
Abstract
The goal of this study is to investigate the relationship between the perception of organizational justice with performance evaluation and job satisfaction of employees. Descriptive study was performed from a survey on an agricultural cooperative that adopts the system of variable compensation to its employees. The sample consisted of 110 respondents from a total of 325 employees, having 108 questionnaires used. In the data analysis it was used descriptive and inferential statistics, and structural equation modeling. The results show that how employees perceive the performance evaluation, how the company distributes salaries and profits, and how managers make decisions and interact with the individuals affected is more associated with job satisfaction than with how the processes are executed. It is concluded that the perception of the three dimensions of organizational justice in evaluation of performance can improve job satisfaction and that the results validated the structural model of this research.Downloads
