Abstract
This article had for objective show up the degree of satisfaction of the students of the course of Accounting of an private Institution of Upper Education – IUE native of Sao Paulo, facing the present demands of the Ministery of Education and Culture – MEC and of the market of work. In principle, was contextualized itself the need of improvement of the quality of the inherent, upper education to the service of the needs of his clients (the students), that is a differential in the search of competitive advantage in the educational segment. By means of a research of field carried out with students of him referred course in the year of 2004, in an IUE private of the city of Sao Paulo, identified itself the partner-demographic profile of the students, the expectations of them as regards his career and education continued, as well like hurried its degree of satisfaction, based in the evaluation of the students, regarding the knowledge as well as regarding the composition of the curriculum and distribution of the workload of the disciplines. Aiming at to the improvement of the quality of the educationlearning, the students woven critics and suggestions, that showed up the factors critics for the success of the course of Accounting in an private IUE, having considered in the search and sustentation of its competitive advantage. keywords: Course, Accounting, Satisfaction and Advantage Competitive.Downloads
