Abstract
The knowledge management is highlighted in the organizations as a way of questioning the traditional model of knowledge sharing promotion and especially, as a representation of the competitiveness differences focused in the human capital. This way the work has as objective knowing the formalization of the knowledge management at the Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor of the state of Minas Gerais. The study was delineated as exploratory. For the data collection, was applied a questionnaire structured together with the General Directory, Justice Superintendence, Informatic Directory, Information Directory, Documentation and Library, Human Resources Core and Administrative Staff Directory in PGJ-MG at 2007’s February. The results show that the efforts for the implementation of the knowledge management practices are yet at a consolidation stage in the institution. Thereby, the expansion of the utilization and divulgation are shown at the strategic and operational plans from PGJ-MG at isolated sectors. The areas of Information Directory, Documentation and Library uses and shares the knowledge more intensively, including the term Knowledge Management is consciously used. Others sectors haven’t shown intimacy with the term, although they look for its accomplishment.Downloads
