Abstract

Give a diagnosis of potential from Maringá to urban mobility sustainable with bikes and lookng to point infrastructure's changes to improve the use of this means of transport in the city, in order to improve the conditions of urban trips . Medium and large cities, have experienced a crisis on the efficiency of urban mobility deepened by the use of individual motorized transport , wich occupies more space in the way that other modes for example, bicycles. This one has some advantages that are not adequately explored. To point at a critique of carrocrata's as mobility in cities, wich has failed in many aspects, because cities centralized in cars are very expensive and inefficient urban models . Investing too much on infrastructure, for the cities are built prioritizing roads for cars instead of public living areas , green areas , parks , smaller roads and more wooded, and give not priority to a project for the city centralized in people.
