Abstract
This article is the result of post-graduate studies in Geography and aims to contribute to changes in the teaching method of many traditional schools. The study stemmed from the need to make the most interesting geography lessons and is justified in that it allows the interdisciplinary work by decreasing the boundaries between theory and practice. Working themes of geography discipline in the classroom, has become a real challenge for teachers against the new technologies and the rapid and easy access to information. Therefore, alternatives are needed to assist the teaching of Geography, and the use of parody is one of them. Thus, we seek to contribute to a quality education that focuses on civic education, encouraging students to reflection and interpretation of the world around them, thinking in the production of a critical and active citizen in society.Downloads
