Therefore, the research proceeds to a review on the classical theoretical conceptions about the tenancies agreements. Therefore, the main ideas of Francois Quesnay (1694-1774), Adam Smith (1723-1790), David Ricardo (1772-1823), Thomas Robert Malthus (1766-1834), Karl Marx (1818-1883) and Alfred Marshall (1842-1924) are analyzed, relating their thoughts into the agrarian contracts. The focus is to discuss the historical and doctrinal aspects of the political economy and sociology, addressing the constituent elements and social subjects of tenancies. The objective is to compose a panoramic approach in the light of the "classics" to contextualize the training and development of contractual access the land. The research background is to provide the reader's inclusion on the basis of the debate on whether the tenancies would be instruments to promote efficient access.Downloads
