Abstract
Modern society is going through significant changes regarding to care of people with visual impairment. Researches have been conducted in order to develop and improve resources and materials, which may facilitate daily scholars activities for these people. Therefore it is important the conduction of studies, which systematize and characterize scientific production in relation to these resources and materials. That may contribute and facilitate monitoring the progress about the subject, and also evince what still need to be studied. Furthermore, it may be explained the new methodological design that could be applied, or others individuals that need to be focused on these studies. Based on this trend of research, it may be possible access proposed resources and how to achieve it. Also, it may inform if editing is necessary in order to supply urgent demands. This research aimed to analyze scientific production regarding to tactile cartography and tactile map, which are published in journals available on databases as SciELO through Google Scholar. For this purpose the research was designed as a qualitative approach and the method was literature review. The data was analyzed through content analysis method named categorical analysis of themes. In conclusion, the results pointed out the following themes which have been discussed on the articles analyzed: experiences (which does not consider all impaired students); materials used during the activities, and layout of tactile map (standardization of the map in order to allow all students to learn in a map with the same layout). Based on that research, it is questioned the lack of articles which discuss teacher training who works on regular schools.Downloads
