CONSTRUCTION TRAJETORY AND (DE) CONSTRUCTION OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY POLICY OF SMALL RURAL PRODUCERS AND FUTURE PERSPECTIVES

Abstract

The present article refers to one of the discussions carried out in the research of scientific initiation focused on presenting the social security policy of small rural producers, in a critical historical perspective. Through bibliographic data, the objective is to analyze the construction and deconstruction trajectory of the social security policy aimed at the rural world, as well as the future perspectives. Simultaneously with the social security rights obtained by the working class at the end of the twentieth century happened the offensive of deconstruction of social security rights, especially of rural workers. It is resulto f the weakening of organized social movements of society in the 1990s and, consequence of the state, for follow neoliberal principles and prioritize economic policy to the detrimento f social policy. Thus, concomitant with the conquest of social security rights began the trajectory of deconstruction of social segurity rights, nowadays, with the government’s proposal to amend the Constitution – ‘PEC 287’ of 2016, again, the rights won are attacked. The aforementioned proposal is temporarily suspended, but if it is retaking and approved, there Will be losses and retrocession of social security rights.
