The objective of this study was to verify the reliability of the fine Motricity battery test from the Motor Development Scale – EDM for Brazilian children. A total of 101 children from 6 to 10 years of age were evaluated. The descriptive analysis of data was carried through average, standard deviation, minimum value and maximum value, median, variance and mode. The internal consistency of this battery was assessed by Cronbach's Alpha statistical test, and correlation of the variables by Pearson's linear correlation, with p value <0.05. There was high correlation (0, 754) between Fine Motor Age and General Motor Age indicating good internal consistency (0.834). At Fine Motricity tasks, through inter-item consistency, good internal consistency was also found (0.801). These data demonstrate the logical and structured concept that de Fine Motricity battery teste from Motor Development Scale shows, confirming its reliability.Downloads
