Abstract

Multi-device application development takes into account several characteristics and constraints of each device. Interface specification languages and architectural models have been used by user interface designers. Within this context, this paper presents the user interface specification language UIML (UIML2 - User Interface Markup Language 2.0) and the architectural model MIM (Meta-Interface Model) that have important role in user interface design for multiple devices. Furthermore, this paper discusses the development of a user interface software generation tool from UIML specification

Possui graduação em Sistemas de Informação pela Universidade Paranaense (2002) , mestrado em Ciência da Computação pela Universidade Estadual de Maringá (2005) , curso-tecnico-profissionalizante em Técnico em Processamento de Dados pelo Colégio Estadual Santo Inácio de Loyola (1998) e ensino-medio-segundo-grau pelo Colégio Estadual James Patric Clark (1998) . Atualmente é Convidado da Universidade Estadual de Maringá, Professor da Universidade Estadual de Maringá, Professor da Faculdade de Filosofia Ciências e Letras de Mandaguari e Professor da Uniandrade. Tem experiência na área de Ciência da Computação , com ênfase em Projeto de Interfaces com Usuário.
