Abstract
The organizational and educational commitment has been a great challenge for researchers and managements in past 20 years. The present study has as main objective to analyze types and levels of students’ commitments in the Management course at Paraná State University, as well as the satisfaction with the course. The methodology of this research is characterized as exploratory, with quantitative analyze. The data collection was accomplished in June of 2011, through structure questionnaires with objectives questions, with a sample of 49 students of the People Management subject. The results indicated that the students are satisfaction and committed with the current study in the subject and with the education institution, facilitating the teaching-learning process of the contents.
