Abstract

The present article focalizes the low life condition for the precocious worker in hard activities at Brazil rural zone. The aim is to discuss rural situation, facing the policy public against precocious work in Brazil, the social contradictions, the conflicts over human development, since the 80’s.

Possui doutorado em Educação pela Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2002). Atualmente é professora adjunto da Universidade Estadual de Maringá. Tem experiência na área de Educação, com ênfase em políticas públicas, educação campo e gestão educaional, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Políticas públicas e educação do campo, educação e desenvolvimento humano e politicas públicas e Direitos Humanos Currículo Lattes
