<b>Conflicts and power relations between justice and genders: The crime of seduction of minors in the Brazilian legal literature - 1940-1990
Abstract
This essay is part of a master research that analyzes, through seventeen procedural sources, archived in the collection of the Documentation and Research Support Center - CEDAP, located in UNESP/Assis, state of São Paulo, the crime of seduction of minors occurred from 1940, with the advent of the Penal Code, until 1990, with the establishment of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent, ECA. This investigative analysis is justified in examining the judicial treatment given to the defendants and the victims in the crime of seduction of minor, in the period prior to the implementation of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent in the Region of Assis. In addition, to insert the daily routine of defendants and victims into the context of social relations of that time, before the regulation of law 8069 of 1990 from the enforcement of the Criminal Code of 1940.
