Abstract
This article aims to explain the movement of continuity and rupture that permeates the development process of a graduate student to attain the level of researcher, which includes vicissitudes and conquests that represent a mark at a given moment of her development path towards research in the field of Education. For the reflections here presented, theoretical subsidies by Georges Snyders and other authors on the scientific work and Philosophy were researched. Regarding the methodological procedures, a bibliographical study was conducted and placed in interaction with the learning process raised in the classroom. Results revealed the complexity as well as the importance of the development process for research in Education within the ‘stricto sensu’ graduate program. They also showed a new dimension of the concept of development for research and a new meaning for being a researcher in Education, its requirements, implications, problems, possibilities and challenges.Downloads
