The process of rotation of personnel at the State University of Maringá: causes and consequences
Abstract
The aim of this research work is to give some explanations with regard to the rotation of personnel in the State University of Maringá (UEM). Data collected at the Pro-Rectory of Staff and Community Issues have served as parameter for the analysis of the principal causes that lead to a high rotation of personnel and its consequences. An adequate staff policy is essential to warrant organizational survival and success leading to personal and professional development of members. Conditions for necessary adjustments will be made possible so that a society in constant transformations may be faced.Downloads
