<b>Ethos and Labour Activity: Expressions in statements of workers at Petrobrás Memory Program
Abstract
The article proposes thoughts about the communicational processes of labor activities in institutional discourses. It aims to investigate the scenography that implies the ethos of labour activity by the enunciation of workers in the discursivization of communicational process supported by the virtual exposition ‘Vida de Embarcado’, from ‘Petrobras Memor Program’. For that, it articulates the notions about culture (Morgan, 2011), communication (Marchiori, 2013), and work (Schwartz; Durrive, 2007) through the dialogical analysis (Bakhtin, 2015) and from ethos (Maingueneau, 2013, 2008). It is an applied study with qualitative approach towards the empirical object. As the main result, the research emphasizes that the discursivization of communicational process, through the Petrobrás workers’ enunciation, produces a discursive ethos of labor activity based on the task, the prescriptions, and on the use of oneself by another.
