DA PONTE PRA CÁ: DIVULGANDO A CIÊNCIA COM ESTRATÉGIAS QUE A QUEBRADA ME ENSINOU

Abstract

Scientific dissemination is not an activity that is carried out only from an academic perspective, allowing itself to be limited by its languages, discourses and physical spaces. When allowed to be marked by the cultures and audiences of the Quebradas, therefore territorialized, scientific dissemination reinvents itself in its foundations and practices. These are the premises of the lecture that biologist, educator, podcaster and illustrator, Lucas Andrade presented at the opening of the VI Symposium of University Courses in Exact Sciences and Computing, at the UFPR. In this text, two members of the event’s organization highlight these tenets in an interview with the speaker, maximizing the knowledge and experience of Lukera, founding member of the podcast Alô, Ciência? (Hello, Science?), to share with the community the best strategies for scientific dissemination that effectively builds bridges! In an exemplary way, scientists, communicators, artists, the general public and students can learn about and be inspired by the interviewee's performance, his partnerships, the development of his professional identity, his trajectory to the University and the importance of Extension University for his undergraduate period.
