Abstract

This study approaches the learning evaluation practices experienced by students and teachers in the educational environment of the integrated curriculum in nursing under the phenomenological view. The aim of the study was to comprehend the caretaking manners of students and teachers in the evaluation process. This is a qualitative study based on Martin Heidegger’s Existential Phenomenology. Data analysis allowed the construction of two thematic categories: Experiencing the movement of authentic and inauthentic care in the evaluation process and Appropriating self-care in the educational world. Results highlighted the caring manners of the student-being and teacher-being in the structure of being with in the education world which is revealed by the coexistence of both in this world. The caring manners of teacher-being and student-being in the evaluation revealed the movement of existing of each of them in the opening for their tasks of teaching and learning.

    possui graduação em Enfermagem pela Universidade de São Paulo (1973) , mestrado em Enfermagem pela Universidade de São Paulo (1989) e doutorado em Enfermagem pela Universidade de São Paulo (1996) . Atualmente é Professor doutor da Universidade de São Paulo e funcionário do Polo Norte Nordeste Paulista de Formação e Capacitação de Recursos Humanos.
