Abstract
It is an experience report from a research conducted in a project of a Scientific Initiation (SI), linked to Center for Studies and Research in Nursing Human Care (NEPECHE), from Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). This paper aims to describe the main steps for using the Grounded Theory (GT) by scholars of SI and is structured so as to present the most significant phases of the method development under the authors’ perspective. The use of the method used is a valuable opportunity to improve research activities in addition to acquiring new knowledge that contribute to academic and professional training of scholars from SI. To ensure knowledge expansion related to the complex GT method, it is necessary to continue seeking this information, improving them through new studies and new experiences.Downloads
