Abstract
The present reflection discusses the use of health relational technologies, in order to favor the implementation of the procedure rules recommended by the National Policy of Humanization (NPH) proposed by the Health Ministry. For the effective implementation of this changing process, health care workers must participate in educational processes in which the relationship with users is valued, as is the building of a dialogic relationship that values the subjectivity of both individuals involved in this work process. Thus, the formation of this process as well as the formation of policies of health care must recognize and accept not only values, beliefs, cultures, needs for self-esteem and valuing, but also the desires, emotions and feelings of workers and users alike. In this way, the emphasis on an interaction that goes beyond the communication between worker and user must be faced as a challenge to the entire National Health Care System. Without this dialog, the existing assistentialist model will not be reversed.Downloads
