Abstract
The present research was accomplished with the objective of verifying how the students who have withdrawn from the undergraduate course in Nursing at the Federal University of Goiás use the knowledge generated by the model of laboratory education. This was a descriptive study of a qualitative approach developed with 20 subjects from the Nursing course, carried out by semi-structured interview which were submitted to thematic content analyses. The data generated two categories, which revealed that the model is constituted as a proposal for personal invigoration and understanding of the collective work, what shows the importance attributed to the learning in a contextualized view in order to understand the complexity of the health work. That suggests that the model assists to the purpose of strengthening the nurses personal formation for more assertive actions in their health services.Downloads
