Abstract
There is a large educational question in the nursing, which refers to formal education in technical courses, graduation and post-graduation, and to education for health to training in work Face to the problem of population’s ageing, the modern society characteristics and the increasing use of the Long Permanence Institutions as olds’ residence, this paper aims to emphasize the relevance and necessity about permanent education for those workers who act in LPI as a fundamental strategic to transform this reality. For this, it becomes necessary to focus the permanent education and its interface with the Freire’s problem-posing education and libertarian education, then to approach some permanent education strategy in these institutions, especially, the culture circles listed in the dialogic method.Downloads
