Abstract
It is about a contexture reflection on the nursing care referring to the paradigm of the inclusion and the urgency of better professional qualification for the attendance specific needs of the peoples with deficiencies, in the ambit of the institutional health services and home care. It presents and it proposes alternatives concerning the inordinate between the social reality and the programs of professional formation in nursing, suggesting changes in the way of understanding the problem starting from humanistic initiatives of construction and to share of knowledge that make possible the qualitative promotion of the holistic care to that following peoples.Downloads
