Abstract

The full exercise of citizenship assures health as a right of all and an obligation of the State - that, it necessarily involves the forming of a sanitary conscience and people participation, it evidences the conceptual width of health that, from a concept exclusively biological, starts to involves connotations of the rights political field, and historical - of construction of those rights. Having that conductive thread as horizon, the reflexions of this study were ruled in the directions of the Campaigns of Mass Vaccination with prominence for the importance of the policitization of the work space as a need of retaking the commitments with the principles of the Sanitary Reform: Justness; Universality and People Participation.

possui graduação em Enfermagem pela Faculdade de Enfermagem do Sagrado Coração (1980) e mestrado em Saúde Coletiva pela Universidade Estadual de Londrina (1996). Atualmente é professor assistente da Universidade Estadual de Maringá. Atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: poder, construção dos direitos, participação popular e campanhas de vacinação.
