Stress: work conditions on university professors

Abstract

It is a descriptive exploratory study that had as objective understanding the work relationship with the presence of the occupational stress, on nurses professors of a public university. The results showed that there is a high stress index in the interviewees, which demonstrates the need of developing inside the institution a support service and attendance to these professionals, so that there is not damage to their physical and mental health and their productivity.
