Abstract
The Centers for Psychosocial Care (CAPS) are strategic devices for the psychosocial care in Brazil. In the CAPS Therapeutic Project (TP) of CAPS, workers, managers, users and family members should articulate implementation and management of care, being responsible for the treatment. In Mato Grosso (MT), one of the strategies to strengthen the bond of TP in CAPS is called "therapeutic contract." We studied 22 documents of 19 CAPS MT on such contracts, as the purpose of analyzing the formation and negotiation implied in the therapeutic relationship. Featuring the categories: participation of the user, the family and the teams/managers. The results showed the difficulties of inclusion of the user and family in care and management of the establishment of authoritarian and repressive. The development of instruments for the psychosocial care is essential in the modification of the work / care in this area. The inconsistency of the documents analyzed with the proposal of the psychosocial care highlights the risks of maintaining and guided play activities for the control and repression of the typical classical psychiatry, even in mental health services open.Downloads
