Abstract
Hospital infection is responsible for indirect and direct costs on the health system. Damages caused by the lack of personal productivity as well as those related to aspects such as pain, suffering and hospital infection sequels are variants that come from ethical-legal processes. This study aims at considering some reflections about the ethical-legal aspects in hospital infection control so as to provide safety to the nursing working process on what this subject is concerned.Downloads
