Abstract
The system of care in nursing makes possible to visualize a diverse of dimensions of care, executed through relationships, interactions and associations in different structures and sceneries, including management. This study aims to describe and to discuss such interactions, lived in the research groups (RG) of Nursing Management, registered in CNPq basis. It is characterized as exploratory-descriptive, of qualitative nature, anchored in the theoretical-methodological referential of the Grounded Theory. The data were obtained from interviews accomplished with leaders of RG, in two sample groups. The results for this objective defined the axis category: The interactions lived by the research groups, composed by four sub-categories Research groups: looking for partnerships; Research groups: relating theory and practice of care; Articulating the research groups with teaching; Articulating the research groups with public policies. The interactions lived by the groups collaborates for the construction of meanings and interpretations about the organization of the care practices to the human being. The establishment of partnerships is vital for their consolidation and longevity. The interest for articulating RG with teaching and health public policies wins space in the academic production of the RG, qualifying the system of care in nursing and health.Downloads
