Abstract
This study shows the report of the experience about the sensitive look on the nursing care, developed on the Nursing Graduation Course at UNISUL (Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina). The subjects in the study were the academic students and the nursing team of a General Hospital from the south of Santa Catarina. The theoretical support of this look was developed from the Transdimensional Care Theory of Alcione Leite Silva, with an innovative, transformer paradigm, eminently participative and reflexive. This care, which gives place to emotion and touch, allows itself and the other to talk about themselves, expliciting facts, ideas, feelings and emotions. The results of this experience with academic students and nursing team reveal changes in the way of taking care, since the care developed with the clients of the Medical Clinic became more authentic and with a loving and attentive look. This way, it makes us reflect about how much we need to regain ourselves in our integrality.Downloads
