Abstract
The present study has the purpose to characterize the nursing supervised training in a hospital atmosphere as a teaching-learning space, on the perspective of students and some time later egressed from a Nursing undergraduate course of the South of Brazil. Through the qualitative approach, using the semi-structured interview, their reports and impressions were taken, in order to provide an evaluation for the participants concerning the formative process, mainly on the role plaid by the trainings in that context. The analysis of those reports, having the literature of Education and Nursing as the conducting wire of the process, questions the teacher formation in the college education. The ways pointed by the students’ discourse, egressed and specialized authors, revealed the need to promote in those formation nuclei, collective initiatives of reflection, evaluation and research on the teaching/learning practices, in consonance with the formative objectives of the course. This can be achieved through dialectic work relationship, trough the initial and continuous formation oriented to the subject of teaching that allow the teachers and students to rescue their process of personal and professional development.Downloads
