Abstract
This study head in a financial services company, aims to verify the environmental sustainability and voluntary social responsibility partially using the Accounting System-Environmental Management - SICOGEA Generation-2, as an evaluation tool, specifically the first phase of the third stage of this mentioned system . As an approach to the problem, this research is considered qualitative. As to the objectives the research is being exploratory. The course methodology follows three phases: the first "Theoretical basis" where the relevant subjects to the topic are studied. The second phase deals with the "Analysis Results" where first a brief historical research of the studied company is made and then there is a study of its environmental sustainability. In the third and final phase the analysis of voluntary corporate social responsibility and its environmental certification, is presented while it also proposes improvements to existing infrastructure through the Environmental Management Plan Short-5W2H. The result achieved by the company studied was ranked as 'Good', with some areas still demanding for improvement related to the criterion "Suppliers." It was also awarded with the Selo Piava of Carbon Neutralization.
