As transformações no mercado de trabalho no Brasil: reflexão sobre a atividade turística
Resumo
ABSTRACT
In the current days tourism is one of the great expansions of economic activities worldwide. The own World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) encourages and tries to direct the activity to the development of areas with tourism potential. As employment in the tourism sector closely related to human labor, while generating high expectations on the number of occupations, one must take into account the conditions and processes present in this activity, the analysis is valid on the current labor relations sector, taking into account the working conditions (formal and informal) and the specifics of it. We tried to comment on the changing world of work and occupations in tourism, marked by precariousness in labor relations, due to seasonality and informality.
