Abstract

This paper aimed to contribute to the knowledge about socio-educational measures in Probation programs and Service Delivery at Community, considering the academic production of the CAPES in the period 2009-2013. An initial diving in this investigation has shown that there are already some studies that mapped the academic production in this area. Many data on the programs of Assisted Freedom and Community Service Delivery are available from banks theses. However direct access to this knowledge is more difficult for those ones working in daily practice services. Such a cutting invited us to read Paulo Freire and Anton Makarenko and their prospect of a liberating and inclusive education. Twelve dissertations and theses on the relationship between the teenagers in socio-educative measure in an open environment and school were studied in the full version in order to extract the main indications for practice and to guarantee that right to the adolescents. The study revealed that there are barriers that the school institution failed to accomplish, revealing the fragility of the Brazilian educational system in the execution of its policy.
