Complexity and organization in the motor abilities learning process

This study had as objective to investigate the level of motor capacity of the participants of pre-little, little and infantile volleyball teams of Florianópolis , SC, in relation to the specific motor abilities of the modality. The sample was composed by 90 participants from both sexes, being 31 of Pre-little category (up to 13 years), 22 of Little category (up to 14 years) and 37 of Infantile (up to 15 years), of sport clubs from Florianópolis, whom had basis training teams linked to the Federação Catarinense of Volleyball. As instrument it was used a Scale of Motor Abilities in Volleyball, tested and validated by Zacaron (2003). In this study the analysis of the abilities, distinguishing those related to the participant while subject and those related to the participant while part of a group, it allowed to verify that the variations of the complexity levels and organization of the task are important factors in the learning process.Downloads
