Abstract

The objective of this article was to present a general panorama of the area of Motor Behavior - its historical trajectory, trends and perspectives of research - with the intention to delineate an organized framework of its development both in the theoretical and methodological domain. It is expected that this framework would contribute to the construction of a knowledge base for those who want to specialize as a researcher in the area and to aply that knowledge in the professional intervention.
