Abstract

ABSTRACT The following article intend to analyze the justice while institution in service for monarchy on the policy centralization process that accented itself in Portugal on the Dom Pedro Reign (1357-1367). If Portugal was appointed in nobility conflicts for the power, fact that contributed for a most coercitive policy toward of Portuguese State that had been formed, making to reflex in the civil society on the form of the legal institution centralized and in the control of the King. This historical process meant as the affirmation of the monarchy power that brace itself as followed the growing royal administrative institutiongrowing in detriment of the lordliness weakened.
