BAUMAN AND LAW: THE NORM AS A BASE AND REFLEX OF THE LIQUID WORLD

Abstract

This article intends to discuss the Zygmunt Bauman’s liquid modernity and its relations, representations
and consequences to Law. During the project, which this writing composes a part, was researched several names
of law science, as current as past, national and international, with the objective of establishing a dialogue with the
polish sociologist’s main works. Thus, and aiming a better structuring and didactic, the study was separated in two
parts. The first one, in wich some parallels between Bauman’s ideas and certain Criminal Law authors were
recognized. And the second one, where was developed the divorce’s phenomenon in time, with its evolution in
Civil Law, and the weakness of affective bonds
