The uncontrolled plastic use has been causing several environmental problems, mainly due to its irregular disposal, making it essential to raise awareness of the entire population. This work seeks to debate and show the importance of this theme with deaf students, developing teaching and learning methods about the problems associated with plastic waste, considering that these students communicate by the Brazilian Sign Language (Libras). Thus, a bilingual didactic sequence was elaborated with a view to inclusion, important for the development of these students and their relationship with the environment.
