Abstract

The present work aims to evaluate the uniformity irrigation effect on the production maize and bean crops. The treatments consisted of five irrigation depths and two application uniformities, namely, a high one (CUC > 82%) and a low one (CUC < 67%) for a maize crop. In addition, the bean crop treatment consisted of four water application uniformities, (CUC equals to 94.1%, 85.6%, 65.6%, and 57.9% for sceneries 1, 2, 3 and 4, respectively). A regression equation was adjusted to the experimental values of the maize crop productivity as a function of water depth for the treatments with high uniformity. However, the adjustment was not possible for treatments with low uniformity and for bean crop, because the productivity data, as a function of water depth, did not follow any tendency
