Abstract
The objective of this work is to carry through an analysis of the Project Quality in Public Education (PQE) to the light of the neoliberal educational proposals. Looking for of this form, I spoil to demystify it of the total quality in education and illusion of the present efficiency in the educational proposals of the Government of the State of the Paraná enters the years of 1994 and 2001. In this direction, it is intended in this preliminary analysis to question and to ponder on some questions, that if they also unfold in innumerable others of extreme importance, for the understanding of the neoliberal hegemonic project: the transposition of the concepts, in special of the quality, the enterprise area estimating that the school is identical to a company with lucrative ends; the neoliberal proposals to give great emphasis to the economic aspects, without the concern with the educational, social and cultural aspects; that exactly in the enterprise area such of the organizations concepts cannot be had as rescuers of all bad things the attempt of exemption of the State with its obligations, repassing to the community the responsibility for the functioning and maintenance of the public school; the attempt of privatization of the public school, under the argument of the lack of quality and the high cost in relation to the benefit that it provides for the population.Downloads
