Abstract
The purpose of this article is to take an epistemological tour, with the intent of explaining, in part, the production of historical knowledge in recent decades, examining changes in its concepts of sources, methodology, and on the purpose of this ‘science’. We believe that these four points can form a set that results in historical knowledge. The intention is to demonstrate the various changes occurring within historiography, from the structural design of history to more relativist concept approach, and demonstrate how the debate about history reveals interest in marginal themes. The vision of a more fragmented history modifies its horizon, sources and purpose.Downloads
