Abstract
The transformation of teaching institutions is centered on student´s performance by sharing results. For this, the teacher´s role, formerly focused in simply executing the chores, now demands competence to galvanize the pupils and stimulate team autonomy. It is very important that the organizational cultures also look for changes that may possibilitate such competences, because the “leader teacher” needs favorable conditions to lead people, developing his or her actions like a real educational leaderDownloads
