<b>Dialogism in Bakhtin: an analysis of the poetic movement in cyberspace
Abstract
The concept of dialogism is fundamental to comprehend how the Bakhtinian circle deals with language. However, the word differs from the term dialogue typically found in dictionaries. Current paper defines the concept of dialogism in Bakhtin, bearing in mind the poetic movement currently occurring in cyberspace. There is an approximation to the poetic works ‘born’ within the internet intertwined with the world wide web, coupled to possibilities based on interactivity and subjectivity. While analyzing the manner contemporary poetry establishes itself, discussions ensue on the type of dialogism that the Bakhtinian circle has long been proposing as language foregrounding.
