Abstract
In this paper, we intend to analyse the representation of the archaic rumor of the indigenes from colastiné’s tribe in the narrative O enteado, by José Juan Saer. Along our process of reading, we intend to evidence some questions related to the symbolic universe of the tribe, that is a social, historical and cultural construction.
