A VIOLÊNCIA PSICOLÓGICA E SIMBÓLICA QUE SE TRAVESTE DE RISÃVEL:POP-MANAGEMENT DO AVESSO E GÊNERO COMO DISPOSITIVO DE PODER

Abstract

This article aimed to analyze the strategic intentionalities and social conditions of discourse production of a popular self-help literature that relates to a knowledge of management, observing their associations with management and gender historical constructions. The qualitative study consisted of analyzing the discourses in the book "HR techniques for selecting and holding husband". The study contributes to the Organizational Studies field by continuing questions about an uncritical knowledge construction, which analyzes as problematic the ready formulas that trivialize management knowledge in the face of the organizations complexity and organized lives. The theoretical-methodological approach of this study is the French discourse analysis. The main results indicate that the discourses intentionalities involve identity essentializations, being linked to gender performativities that are linked to a popular management literature that is also based on performativities - normative repetitions - dangerous in the disregarding sense, when creating management models, own organizational and business diversity.
