ATUAÇÃO DE DOCENTES NA MODALIDADE A DISTÂNCIA A PARTIR DA APRENDIZAGEM BASEADA EM EXPERIÊNCIA

Abstract

This article aims to present how teachers adapt their practical skills in presential learning to lead classes in distance learning, based on the theory of experiential learning by Kolb (2015). A qualitative approach was adopted with content analysis of semi-structured interviews with six teachers. We sought to analyze the individual learning process and apply the learning model based on experiences. This model emphasizes the interdependence between internal characteristics such as professional skills and external circumstances of the environment. This article contributes to organizational studies by bringing out a learning field based on the experience of distance learning professors, inserted in the contemporary context in conjunction with experience-based learning theory.
