OBJETIVOS DE DESENVOLVIMENTO SUSTENTÃVEL E A CULTURA DA CANA-DE-AÇUCAR PARA PRODUÇÃO DE ETHANOL

La propuesta de la Agenda 2030 de Naciones Unidas para el desarrollo sostenible del planeta es protegerlo de la degradación, a través del consumo y la producción sostenibles, gestionando sus recursos naturales y tomando medidas sobre el cambio climático, para que pueda satisfacer las necesidades de las generaciones presentes y futuras. El objetivo de la investigación fue verificar en la literatura si la producción y uso de etanol a partir de la caña de azúcar está contribuyendo para que Brasil pueda cumplir con la Agenda 2030 y cumplir cuáles Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible y sus metas. La investigación se llevó a cabo en la base de datos ScienceDirect para el período 2010-2019 utilizando las palabras “etanol brasileño” y limitada por el tipo “revisión” e “investigación”. La investigación reveló 44 artículos directamente relacionados con el tema investigado. Los artículos se agruparon en seis categorías, similares a los resultados y se clasificaron de la siguiente manera: producción de alimentos; uso del agua; mejoras socioeconómicas y ambientales; reducción de emisiones de GEI; uso de coproductos para la generación de energía; y uso de bagazo de caña de azúcar para producir etanol de segunda generación. Los resultados se clasificaron como contribuyentes a los objetivos: ODS 1, erradicación de la pobreza; ODS 2, hambre cero y agricultura sostenible; ODS6, agua potable y saneamiento; ODS7, energía limpia y accesible; ODS 8, trabajo decente y crecimiento económico; ODS 9, industria, innovación e infraestructura; ODS 11, ciudades y comunidades sostenibles; ODS 12, consumo y producción responsables; ODS 13, acción contra el cambio climático global y ODS 15, vida terrestre.
