Abstract
Throughout the years the labor area has shown major changes which has come mainly from the technological transformations. In this context, the Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) are increasingly present into the society and its insertion in the nursing practice has emerged as a great challenge. Therefore, this article has as a goal to promote reflections about the information and communication technologies in the nursing educational praxis at the college level and its interface with the labor organization, based in a bibliographic review. Based on the considerations, the importance of introducing those technologies into the educational process of nursing is noticed, potentiating the development of amplified educational interactions in the pedagogic method, and allowing the formation of more critical and reflexive nurses, who will grasp this knowledge and the new contextual approaches, cooperating to a better organized and managed labor practice, socially compromised with the democratization of education.
