Abstract

The present qualitative, descriptive, exploratory study has as objective to know the process of living of some climacteric women single health system using. Participated of this study five climacteric women. The data had been collected through half-structuralized interview. The analysis pointed two categories: biopsicossocial repercussions at process of living of the climacteric woman and strategies used as healthful life. Many aspects had been contributed for climacteric phase bad been lived in disagreement. Between these aspects deserve prominence irritability, an anxiety, sleeplessness, a lack of dialogue, a lack of patience, the myth of the unfavorable phase to the life and the proper biological alterations of this stage. More enters strategies used by the climatérica woman was distinguished the entertainment. It is necessary to create and to practice responsible and humanizations public politics in that it refers to the health of the woman conceiving theirs of integral at all the phases of theirs process of living.

Possui graduação em Enfermagem e Obstetrícia pela Universidade Federal de Pelotas (2004) e Mestrado em enfermagem pela Fundação Universidade Federal do Rio Grande (2007). Professora Assistente da Universidade Federal do Mato Grosso (UFMT). Membro do núcleo de estudo e pesquisa Gerenciamento Ecossitêmico em Enfermagem e Saúde - GEES da FURG .Tem experiência na área de Enfermagem, com ênfase em Saúde da Mulher e Saúde Pública.
